Bayview Village (VIS 4663 Strata) is a recreational community located about 20 miles west of Duncan, and a short drive (about 8 minutes) from the Town of Lake Cowichan.
The heart of Bayview Village is the 1100 feet of sandy, south-facing beach, along the shores of Marble Bay. The Bay boasts the calmest water on the lake, and provides one of the most attractive waterfronts with clean, clear, very calm water for safe swimming. Lake Cowichan itself is deep, exceptionally clear, and uncrowded.
